Before-School Enrichment

 

Some children are in school from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

These chilidren never have the opportunity to participate

in the wonderful world of martial s arts.

Our before-school program offers an affordable and

fun introduction to basic techniques while reinforcing

the principles of respect, discipline and effort -

at your child's school.

Experience shows:

Children who exercise are likely to develop a

healthy active lifestyle as adults.

Karate classes reinforce the principles of

goal setting, effort and perseverance.

Martial arts training improves balance,

flexibility and overall coordination

Children who participate in a before-school activity are more academically

focused throughout the day.
